We will ship all orders to the billing address that you provide us. You may ship to another address by filling in the appropriate "ship to" address box on the online order form. Invoices are sent via E-mail. We ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS), therefore, shipping to a P.O. Box is acceptable. We can ship via UPS (United Parcel Service) upon request or if the UPS rate is more favorable, which is usually the case for orders that weigh more than 6 lbs. UPS does not deliver to a P.O.Box. We can also ship via Fedex upon request, although USPS ExpressMail is always the more favorable rate.

Your Credit Card is charged when your order ships, so if something (on rare occasion) is back-ordered you do not pay for it until it ships.

If you have any questions, concerns, or are not satisfied with any product you have purchased from us, please call customer service at 1-800-237-2232. We will do our best to immediately resolve the situation to your satisfaction.

World of Escher Return Policy

You may return an item(s) for refund or exchange within 40 days of purchase. You will receive either a replacement or full refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Please first email us at with the item you wish to return or exchange and the reason. Our return address will then be provided by email.

To return your item(s), please pack in original shipping materials, if possible. Take special care with posters and roll them in brown postal paper, exactly as you received them. If the returned item is damaged due to improper packaging, we cannot offer a refund.
